Water: 2 teaspoons
Oil: 2 teaspoon

1. Clean and cut green onion into small pieces
2. Put the row eggs, salt, soy sauce, water, and green onion into a bowel and then mix all of them.
3. Put oil into the pot and make it hot
4. Pour the mixed eggs into the pot easily.
5. When the mixes become solid, your Taiwanese Style Fried Egg is done.

1. It would be also delicious if you change green onion to basil.
