2 egg whites
1 pkg. frozen berries - thawed
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 c heavy cream - whipped
1 pre-baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until fluffy but not stiff. Add the berries, sugar and lemon juice in the large bowl of the electric mixer. Beat at high speed for 15 minutes (it will grow and grow). Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and freeze.
