4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 in. thick)
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 t. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. water
1 6-oz. box herb stuffing mix for pork
2 c. frozen broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Sprinkle pork chops w/seasoned salt & pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook 4 to 6 minutes until browned on both sides. Remove chops from skillet. Heat water to boiling in same skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing until moistened. Spoon into ungreased 12x8 (2 qt.) glass baking dish. Arrange broccoli & pork chops over stuffing. Cover tightly w/foil; bake 30 to 40 min. until pork chops are no longer pink in center.
