1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
3/4 cup seasoned croutons

Directions:

Blend the cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. of margarine until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles and press the perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup of mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull the corners of dough to top center of chicken mixture and twist slightly and seal the edges. Brush tops with reserved 1 Tbsp. of margarine and sprinkle with the crouton crumbs. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
