Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6-plus cups high gluten flour, prefer Pillsbury Balancer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the flour, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Add 6 cups of high gluten flour, Knead. No other info on this but I am assuming that you let the dough raise, punch it down when it has doubled, form into rolls or a long loaf and let raise again before baking. I remember Turk spraying the rolls with water but I am not remembering if that was before they were baked, or later, when heating them up on a cookie sheet uncovered, in a hot oven.

Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
