1/2 - 1 tsp garlic power, or to taste
1/2- 1 tsp paprika, or to taste
1 turkey breast (4 to 6 lbs)
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes, or to taste

1 crock pot

Directions:

Blend garlic and paprika. Rub into turkey skin. Place turkey in 6-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Sprinkle on parsley. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until internal temp reaches 165º when meat thermometer is inserted into thickest part of the breast not touching the bone.

Transfer to cutting board; cover with foil and let stand 10-15 min before carving. ( Internal temp will rise 5º to 10ºF during stand time.)

My mom gave me a crock pot recipe book a few years ago for Christmas and this is one of my fav recipes in it that I always tend to make. I normally use 1 tbsp garlic and paprika. But I love garlic!
