Chopped Parsley
Grated Asiago Cheese

This is great as a side-dish or add more ingredients to create a main dish. Great side with Steak.

In a small pan, medium-low heat, pour in about 1\3 cup olive oil, add garlic and brown until golden (do not over cook the garlic). Add an equal amount of butter. Remove from heat. Meanwhile cook pasta el dente.

Drain pasta, add sauce, and parsley, toss.
Sever with Asiago cheese.

*For a main dish, brown garlic in iron skillet,add butter, add chicken, asparagus, tomatoes, whatever you like. Cook until done. Add pasta and cheese
