4 chicken breasts
4 Italian Sausages (I use Hot Turkey Italian Sausage)
2 Boxes Chicken Broth
2 Bay Leaves
Rosemary
Oregano
4 Large Cloves of Garlic, sliced thin
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes
1 Package Cheese Tortellini
1 Medium Onion Chopped
Carrots
Zuccini
Fresh Spinach
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Grated Asiago Cheese

Sorry, but I don't measure my ingredients, I just add.

In large pot on low heat, add small amount of olive oil, heat oil, add garlic and brown to a golden brown. Add chicken and sausage, brown, add onion, broth, seasoning, 2 carrots, tomatoes with juice and bay leaves. Bring to boil, then simmer until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken, sausage, carrots and bay leaves. Break up tomatoes.
Remove chicken from bone and dice into 1/2 inch pieces, slice sausage into bite sized pieces, return to broth. Bring to boil. Add beans, sliced fresh carrots and sliced zuccini to chicken and sausage. Cook until veggies are crisp tender. Add spinach. Cook for a few minutes until spinach wilts. Meanwhile cook tortellini in separate pot.
To serve, put drained tortellini in bowl, add soup, sprinkle with asiago cheese.
