2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineaple (drained)
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (optional)
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Stir in pineapple, half the pecans, the green pepper, onion, and salt. Chill. Form into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.

At Christmas I have garnished this with maraschino cherry pieces and parsley.
