2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup boiling water

Directions:
Beat eggs and vanilla until very light. Add gradually the sugar and salt. Sift flour and baking powder together and add. Mix well. Fold in the boiling water. Bake in a round or square 9 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
