1 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, not completely melted
2 16oz. tubs whipped topping, room temperature
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 1/2 stick margarine
6 tsp. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put ice cream and whipped topping in a LARGE bowl to soften while mixing crust.
Mash 2 rows from pkg. of Oreo cookies in large zip top bag. Place in bottom of 11"x15" casserole dish or baking pan. Add sugar and melted margarine, mixing well into cookie crumbs. Stand row of cookies around sides of dish.
Mash 1 row from pkg. of Oreo cookies. Stir into ice cream/whipped topping mixture.
Spoon into dish, beginning around edges so cookies won't fall, pour mixture until reaching top of dish. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve. Cut into 2" squares.
There will be more than enough filling for dish, so enjoy it alone!
