grapes, if large, halve these
pecans, small pieces
celery, diced
1/4 cup milk
2 heaping tbsp.mayonaise
1 tbsp sugar

Add any amount of chicken, broken up or cut into small pieces, to a bowl. Add grapes (small red ones are favored but cut green ones are good, too), pecans,celery and mix. Make a dressing with approximate proportions given for the milk, mayo and sugar and pour over and mix into the other ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, croissants, on a leaf of lettuce,...

You can substitute walnuts. I like to bake a whole chicken with the skin on for moisture. Then debone while the chicken is still slightly warm.
