Sauerkraut Salad Recipe

1 - 2 1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
1 - 14 oz. bean sprouts, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 small can mexicorn, drained

Mix above ingredients all together and set aside.

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar diluted with 1/4 cup water

Bring above ingredients to a boil, remove from heat and pour over salad. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Keeps up to 8 weeks in covered container in refrigerator. Very good.
