1 container (8 ounces) nonfat sour cream
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained
4 ounces nonfat cream cheese
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves

In food processor or blender, combine sour cream, peppers, cream cheese, garlic, basil and oregano. Process or blend just until red peppers are finely chopped. Pour mixture into small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, Serve as a dip with low-fat crackers,
