1 lb pork sausage
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 4 oz can of chopped chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup milk/i cup cheddar cheese
1 16 oz pkg frozen hash browns
1/2 tsp Natures seasonings
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups of cheddar and jack cheese, mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain . Add onions, green chilies, and mushrooms. In separate bowl mix together soup,mustard, milk, and cheddar cheese. Add to sausage mixture. In well-greased 9x13 pan,layer hash browns(sprinkle w/seasonings,) sausage mixture, and eggs. Cover w/plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Next morning remove wrap & bake @350 for 1 hour. top w/ cheeses & put back in oven to melt.
