1 box long grain and wild rice
2 T chopped onion
1/3 c flour
2 c milk
2 boiled eggs
12 oz tuna
2 T lemon juice
1 t salt
1 stick butter
1/2 small can black olives
1/3 c Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 t pepper to taste
4 T potato chips or crackers

Directions:
Cook wild rice as directed on box. Saute onion in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly. Allow mixture to thicken. Put eggs on to boil. After rice is cooked completely, add to sauce mixture in frying pan. Then add tuna, lemon, olives, Miracle Whip, chopped eggs and chips or crackers. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and put more chips (or crackers) on the top. Cook in the oven at 375º for 30-40 minutes.
