1 lb. bacon, diced. cooked crisp and drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
I small onion, chopped
6 mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
mayo
1 loaf cocktail rye bread

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bacon, celery, onion, mushrooms, dry mustard, seasoned salt, and cheeses in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Add prepared mustard and enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together. Top each slice of bread with 1 Tablespoon of the mixture. Bake on a large baking sheet until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
