1/2 pound margarine
1 cup flour
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. of dry mustard
pepper to taste
8 cups cold milk
8 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and combine the first five ingredients. Then add milk all at once. Blend and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Boil one minute, remove from heat. Blend in mayonnaise and mix well.
Mix the following in a large roaster: 12 to 24 boiled potatoes cut in chunks,
3 large onions, cut fine
1 lb. Wieners, cut into diagonal slices

Add sauce to potato mixture. Mix gently so as not to break up potatoes. Sprinkle with brown bread crumbs. Bake at 350F one hour or until it is cooking around side of pan.
