1 -1 1/2 lb hamburger ( 97/3 lean ground sirloin is what we prefer)
1/2 package saltine crackers (about 10-12 crackers)- crushed
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp Creole seasoning- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients. You can use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix them all together or use your hands. In a ungreased pan, 9x13 preferably, mold the meatloaf into a bread type shape. No more than 2 1/2 in thick in the middle. Bake for 30-45 min depending on the oven. Enjoy!

This tastes great with boiled red potatoes with skins on. Tesa loves this! Note- the more liquid you use, add more crushed crackers
