Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 large can Delmonte Pineapple Juice
1 6 oz. frozen orange juice
7 bananas
1 pt. strawberries (can be frozen)
5 32 oz. bottles 7-UP or Sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a very large bowl. I blend bananas and strawberries in the blender a few at a time and add to lemon juice and water to keep them from turning brown.
Freeze in 4 or 5 round containers with lids. Do not fill containers to the top as the punch expands when it freezes.
At serving time, set out one or two punch rounds in punch bowl 30 minutes early. Add 7-Up.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is absolutely delicious. You can add lemons or cherries in container before you freeze. They add color.
