1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn - drained
1 stick melted butter or marg.
2 eggs
1 onion - optional
1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
8 oz sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in melted butter. Cool slightly and add corn, eggs, muffin mix. Stir well Put in a 9x13 pan. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 375º for 40 min.
