1 can Black Beans - Rinsed
1 can ShoePeg Corn - Drained
1 can Black eyed Peas - Drained
1 can Rotel Tomatoes w/ juice
1 can Diced Tomatoes
3 Green Onions chopped
Diced Peppers - Optional
1/2 or less bottle zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:

Dump everything together. Serve with tortilla chips.

It has enough liquid if you want to omit the Italian dressing for low fat. It tastes great heated too.
