2 cups corn,
1 cup milk,
1 egg, well beaten,
1 cup soda cracker crumbs,
chopped onion,
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly heat corn and milk on stove. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake on 350º for 20 minutes... depending on the depth of your dish.

This is a favorite of Gabriel's from Grandma's table. You can involve the kids by putting the soda crackers into a gallon ziplock (heavy duty) and letting them roll over them with a rolling pin or smash them with a rubber mallet.
