8-oz container sour cream
8-oz can creamed corn
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup self-rising cornmeal mix (not corn-bread mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter and flour an 8-inch square baking pan, knocking out excess flour.
Whisk together eggs, sour cream, corn, and oil, then whisk in cornmeal (do not overmix). Pour into baking pan, spreading evenly, and bake in middle of oven until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
Cool in pan on a rack before cutting into Pieces.
