Tri-Tip, Kitchen Bouquet, Lawry's Seasoning Salt, Fresh Crushed Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine four seasonings in equal parts.
Rub meat with Kitchen Bouquet all over.
Cover meat with seasoning on all sides and press into meat.
Sear on very HOT barbecue for at least one minute on each side (black).
Bake in oven for one hour at 350º
At half time put in 3/4 cup of water into pan .
Let sit for a few on raised grate to cool and then cut.

Final internal temp 160º-165º for medium.
Pull out of oven at 150º-160º as meat will continue to cook while cooling.
