3 Yukon Gold potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 head savoy cabbage (about 2 pounds)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon. butter
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Bring 4 quarts water to boil add potatoes and cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Add cabbage to potatoes and cook until both vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes more, Drain vegetables thoroughly. In 12-inch skillet, cook crushed garlic in hot oil for I minute; add potatoes, cabbage, butter, crushed red pepper, and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat about 15 minutes more or until very tender. Using your spoon break the potatoes into lumpy chunks, and serve,
