Smoked salmon Slab [pre-sliced]
Red onion diced
Juniper or non-peril capers
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Horseradish to taste
Crackers or baguette — thinly sliced
Dill to taste - optional
Lemon/line slices - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and horseradish, place in serving bowl Dice [finely] red onion, place in serving bowl
Drain capers and place in serving bowl. Place smoked salmon on large platter surrounded by bowls with individual servers/spoons.

Serving Note: You may garnish top of salmon with thin lemon/lime slices
