1 16oz. bag shredded slaw mix
1 bag shredded broccoli slaw (bag size depends on manufacturer but usually 12 to 16 ozs.)
2 large Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
1 cup mayonnaise (can use "light")
1 bag dried cranberries (Craisins) OR 1 1/2 cups golden raisins.
1 T. sugar
OPTIONAL: 1/3 cup dried sunflower seeds

In a LARGE bowl, mix together the broccoli and cabbage slaw along with the apple, nuts, and cranberries. In a separate bowl combine the dressing, mayo and sugar and whisk until well blended. Pour over slaw mixture and toss well to coat. If a creamier slaw is desired, add a little more poppyseed dressing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
