2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced or diced
toast, biscuits, toasted English muffins, or toasted bagels

Directions:
Make a white sauce: for me, this is easiest in the microwave. Melt butter in large microwave-safe measuring bowl on low. Whisk in flour. Microwave for one minute. Whisk in milk and salt. Microwave on high two minutes. Whisk. Microwave one minute. Whisk. Repeat until thickened. Add sliced or diced eggs. Return to microwave to heat through. Serve over toast or other bread.
