3 overripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 c. sugar
dash salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1+1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp semi-sweet choc chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Mash bananas in lg bowl. Add egg, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and egg.
Melt butter in microwave, add and stir until just blended.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle atop chocolate if desired. Bake 70 mins until toothpick clean.

There's nothing special about how the banana bread was created -- it's just a little concoction Cindy Saxl makes for dessert. BUT the taste is no joke -- this scrumptious dessert melts in your mouth like a river of chocolate lava with giant hunks of banana rocks thrown in. A definite recommendation for the dessert craving family.
