2 tsp. salt
4 cups potatoes, cubed
6 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
Sauce: 2/3 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
4 cups milk
2 cups half and half
3 to 4 cups diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, salt, and onion together and do not drain. Cook carrots and celery until tender and drain. Add to potato mixture. Make white sauce and thicken til like pudding. Pour into cooked potatoes. Add ham. Thin with half and half.
