1 brownie mix or your favorite recipe
Frosting
3 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
2 - 3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
red or green food coloring

Top layer
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 Tbsp. butter.

Directions:

Bake and cool the brownies. (9 by l3 pan)
Frost the brownies (frosting should be on thin side).
Refrigerate to set the frosting.
Melt chocolate and butter and pour over frosted brownies. Tilt pan to cover evenly. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
