1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Large Cloves of Garlic, 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, 1 can 14oz. Diced Tomatoes, drained, 1/4 cup white wine, 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp fresh black pepper, 3/4 pound Angel hair pasta, 1/2 pound large uncooked shrimp (shelled and deveined), 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the garlic and cook over moderate heat until beginning to brown- approx 2 min. Stir in chicken stock, tomato, wine, parsley, oregano, salt and black pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to moderate and simmer until reduced by half.. Cook Angel Hair until al dente. Add the shrimp to the sauce and simmer until shrimp turns pink- 2 min. Drain pasta and add shrimp and sauce along with crushed pepper. Toss well and serve hot. If desired, grate Pecorino Romano Cheese on top.
