1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
garlic salt
1/2 tsp peper
1/2 c rice
1 egg
1 large onion - chopped
1 large head cabbage
1 can tomato sauce
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage leaves in boiling water. Add egg, seasonings and rice to meat. When leaves are wilted, addabou 1 tbsp meat mixture and roll up in leaf. (Remove large vein of cabbage). Put chopped cabbage on bottom of pan and add cabbage balls. Pour tomato sauce over and enough water to cover. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Pour sauce over rolls before serving.
