Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 warm water
3/4 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water and set aside. Add butter and sugar to scalded milk. Cool to luke warm making sure the butter is melted. Add 1 cup of flour. Add yeast/water mixture and stir. Add eggs, stir in. Add remaining flour in stages, stirring in the flour till it is ready to kneed. Kneed, keeping the dough from getting sticky.
Let the dough raise in a covered, buttered bowl for 2 1/2 hours or until it doubles in size.
Divide it into thirds. Grease a large baking sheet. Roll out each third into a flat 12" circle, cut like a pizza into 8 wedges and roll up each wedge, starting with the wide end rolling to the point.
Place on the cookie sheet and brush with melted butter, cover and let raise about 1 hour.
Bake at 350º till golden brown on top (?10-12 minutes?!). Brush once more with melted butter and remove from pan immediately.
