Ingredients:
2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 Tbsp grated orange peel, 2 Tbsp butter softened, 1 egg beaten, 1 1/2 c frozen cranberries coarsely chopped, 1/2 c chopped walnuts, 1 cup chocolate bits.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350F. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add orange juice, peel, butter and egg. Mix well. Add cranberries, nuts and mix well. Add chocolate.

If you buy frozen cranberries, it's important to chop them while they are frozen, or it will be difficult to cut and will make a big mess. You can buy some organic cranberries around Thanksgiving when they are plentiful, and freeze them.

Spray bundt cake pan. Pour into pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool and serve when warm.
