2 slices of bacon, chopped
1 large leek (white, light green parts only)
1 cup shredded extra-old cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped bacon in skillet on med heat until almost crisp, add leek, and cook until leek is softened and bacon crisp. Transfer so a bowl.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, stir in 3/4 cup cheese, leek and bacon and add pepper. Transfer to 3 cup baking dish and back at 425º until cheese is melted (10 - 12 minutes). Serve with small crackers, fresh vegetables and/or pita wedges.
