46 oz. can of V-8
28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
2/3 of a 15.5 oz can of hot and spicy Brooks Chili Beans
10 oz. can of hot Rotel
1 large onion - diced
2 green peppers - diced
2-4 cloves of garlic - finely diced (I use a mini food processor)
2 - 3 lbs browned, ground dead cow
1 - 3 packages of spicy chili seasoning
1 - 3 tbsp. chili powder
12 pack of beer

Open beer, get out a sharp knife, cut up ingredients, and brown the ground dead cow. Mix everything in a pot big enough to hold everything and simmer until all the beer is gone. If you fall asleep, simply turn the stove off in the morning.
