Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8-10 chicken tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, mix crushed garlic with melted butter. In a ziploc bag, mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into garlic butter, then drop into the crumb mixture bag. Shake to coat. PLace in a lightly greased 9X13 baking dish. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake uncovered at 350º for about an hour, or until chicken is cooked through.

*If you have a Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker, you can place this in the microwave and cut the time to about 20-30 minutes depending on how much and how thick your chicken pieces are.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can add crushed ritz crackers to make it crunchy. I've also fixed this using boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
