2 cups rhubarb
1 T flour, heaping
pinch salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 or 3 eggs, separated
2-3 tsp frozen lemonade concentrate
Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb in a little water until soft.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and egg yolks in a little water or rhubarb juice.
Stir into cooked rhubarb and heat until thick.
Add lemonade.
Pour into baked crust and top with meringue made from the egg whites.
