1 large sirloin tip roast
1pk dry onion soup mix
8 cloves garlic
dry oregano
dry sweet basil
2 boxes chicken broth (32oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust the roast in oregano and basil. In large roasting pan place roast, whole peeled garlic cloves, and enough water to cover pan by 1/4 - 1/2 an inch. Cover and roast for 4 hours at 325º. Remove roast from pan and let stand. Mash garlic cloves in stock. Pour liquid from pan into a large soup/stock pot. Add chicken broth and soup packet, bring to boil. Slice and/or shred beef. Once broth is boiling, add beef and drop to a simmer for another 20 minutes.

This is a great idea for anytime a lot of people will be around and eating at random. Very easy to put in a slow cooker to keep warm and allow people to self serve. Also great for freezing and leftovers.
