Meat Sauce:
Classic Tomato Sauce (see separate recipe)
1 1/2 - 2 lbs gound beef, browned
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 garlic cloves

8-12 lasagne noodles, cooked al-dente (not complete tender)

12 oz ricotta cheese
3-4 cups mozzarella cheese
1-2 cups parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with garlic cloves. Add to uncooked Classic Tomato Sauce, and cook according to tomato sauce directions.

When ready to prepare dish, cook lasagne noodles, being careful not to over cook. Noodles should still be firm inside.
Spray large baking dish (9x13x3) with Pam.
Cover bottom of dish with meat sauce.
Layer 3-4 noodles onto meat sauce.
Sprinkle 1/2 of ricotta cheese on top of noodles.
Cover with mozarella cheese.
Cover with meat sauce.
Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Cover top with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
