Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 2 cans Bush's Chili Magic (Mild - Med) 2 cans Rotel Chili Fixins 1 can crushed green chiles 1 lb browned ground beef (85%) 1 lb browned Pork Sausage 3 Bell Peppers, (Yellow, Orange, Red)

Directions: |
Directions:stir in all cans with browned sausage and beef, slice peppers into fairly big chunks. Put all ingredients in a crock pot, adding water. Set to high. The peppers will literally melt into the chili the longer they cook, so the longer the better. I usually cook for 4 hours on high, then turn to Med for another 3-4 hours, but you can eat it whenever your senses can't stand to stay away from it any longer.
If your looking for a little more spice, you can add more chili powder, but the cans have enough in it already to give you a little kick...
Putting your chili on top of some Frito's gives it a little something extra. |

Notes: Walking through the store one day, I grabbed a can of pre-made chili...and thought this stuff is gross. So I walked around the store for literally an hour, and found other cans of things I thought might make a good Chili. Well, I came up with all of this, and I haven't strayed from the Recipe since. With the exception then I did start with Green Peppers, but have since taken those out of the picture as they tend to overpower the whole ensemble.
