2 - 16 oz cans of regular stewed tomatoes
1 - Large can of tomato paste (extra large can)
1 - Large tub of cottage cheese
2 - large eggs
1 - medium yellow or white onion
1lb - Ground beef ( use more for a beefier lasagna)
2 - 3 bags of mozzarella cheese
3 - tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place your cans of tomato paste and stewed tomatoes in a blender and blend well - put aside - brown the beef - Cut onion into small pieces and saute in olive oil until golden color. In skillet with the beef pour in sauce and onions - stir together and simmer- Start boiling noodles - while boiling noodles pour cottage cheese in a bowl along with 2 eggs - mix well with whisk or fork - When noodles are eldante remove and rinse with cool water. Put down one layer of noodles - sauce - cottage cheese mixture - and mozzarella - repeat until at the very top - top off with Lots of cheese on the top. bake in oven on 350º until top is brown and crispy!
