2 lbs. Valveeta cheese
1 qt. Hellman's "real" Mayonnaise
2 large white onions
1 - 2 Jars of Trappey's Torrido Peppers (Sana Fe Hot)
Garlic Salt (to taste)
Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and set aside in large bowl. Cut onions into chunks.
Remove stems from peppers (save juice). Combine onion and pepper in food processor and mix until mush. Add mayo, onion/pepper mix, pepper juice to cheese and stir together. Add salts to taste and mix again. Spoon portions of the concoction into the food processor and blend. Repeat until all the mixture has been blended.

Cheese mixture should be a creamy, but may have a little grainy texture from the onions. Refrigerate.

Served cold
Serve on garlic crackers, chips, Use on roast beef, chicken, or other sandwiches.
