1/2 stick butter
1/2c sour cream
1c shredded cheddar cheese
fresh chives
4 cloves garlic

Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes. Boil potatoes with peeled cloves of garlic. Cook until potatoes are tender and mashable. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, sour cream, cheddar, and cut chives (to taste... I like a good handful). Once mashed, spoon into a small casserole dish. Bake at 375º until top is browned. Can also brown under a broiler if you are short on time.

Personal Notes:
I love these and they are very popular with a nice steak. However, these aren't called "Heartattack" potatoes for nothing! Great for a treat every now and again but will surely clog an artery if eaten regularly. You might have to use more sour cream than 1/2c to make creamy. Also, I always leave the skins on... love 'em!
