1 qt fresh strawberries, halved
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup mascarpone cheese
2 T heavy cream
2 T powdered sugar
2 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup slice almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, orange juice, and sugar in a medium bowl; cover and chill 30 minutes.
Combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and almond extract in another bowl. Mix well.
Spoon fruit mixture into 4 glasses or small bowls; top each with 1/4 cheese mixture.
Garnish with almond slices and mint sprigs.
