2 eggs
1 15 oz. can of salmon,
1/2 a finely chopped apple,
1/4 c. bread crumbs,
1/4 c. chopped green onion,
2 tbsp. mayonnaise,
1 tsp. curry powder,
1/2 tsp. each paprika and pepper,
1 tbsp. olive oil.
Aioli sauce:
1/2 c. mayonnaise,
2 tsp. curry powder,
1 tsp. lemon zest,
1 tbsp. lemon juice,
1/2 tsp. paprika.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the aioli sauce. Refrigerate. Mix all the ingredients for the salmon cakes. Form into patties. Cook on a nonstick griddle on medium heat. Top with sauce.
