One 6 oz. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces

One 16 oz bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained

One 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup

8 oz processed American cheese, cut into 1/2 " cubes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF
Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions. Set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, combine the chicken, broccoli, soup, 1/2 cup water, and cheese in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Top with stuffing, spreading evenly over the chicken mixture.

Bake for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is lightly browned.
