Ground turkey
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1/2 sweet onion
1 can milk
3 large cloves garlic
about a 2 inch block of velveeta cheese
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil. Add turkey and cracked pepper to brown. While turkey is cooking, cut cheese into cubes. Combine milk, soup, and cheese in a mixing bowl. When turkey is done, add cheese sauce and cook on low flame until cheese is all melted.

This is best served over rice or egg noodles. I loved this dinner as a child. My mom would make it in an electric frying pan but I hate cleaning those so I do it on the stove. Nice inexpensive and easy meal. Goes great with broccoli and bread.
